It may be summertime, but we are already thinking ahead. Now that our fabulously successful shul dinner is behind us, it's time to look ahead to some fun events. We are planning a BBQ and family baseball game to coincide with the end of the summer. Check your mail for details. There has also been a request to host a grown-up mystery night, or a game night. Please e-mail me at the shul if you have any ideas, or would like to be in on the planning of our events.

The Finance Committee welcomes Dr. Phil Weinerman, who will focus on special projects and fundraising. The Finance Committee is represented by Dr. Warren Sobol and Patrick Wiesel.
A Project for the Improvement and Conversion of the Ahavas Sholom Building, is under way; plans are being prepared that will enhance and improve the physical facility in a manner that will benefit the shul members and the community.
Anyone who has any suggestions or comments, please do not hesitate to communicate these to the shul office. All comments will be taken into consideration and evaluated by the Building Committee.

Sisterhood Purim Basket Project: Thank you
Once again our Purim Basket project was a great success. Special thanks to Lea Schottenstein and Ruth Adler for helping me choose a theme, decide on items to put in the basket and shlep the items to Shul.
