Sisterhood Purim Basket Project: Thank you

Once again our Purim Basket Project was a success due to the efforts of so many people. Thank you to Lea Schottenstein and Ruth Adler for helping to choose the great items for the baskets and to Lea for picking up cases of items and bringing them to Shul.

Thanks to the Saturday night crew that put the baskets together to the music from Voices for Israel and Muppet music: Ruth Adler, Chaya Katz, Deena Ermine, Susan Schmelzer, Joy Tanenbaum and Yael Levi - and her fantastic helpers: Tali, Yaniv, Nitzan, Nadav & Noa.

Library Alert

We have been working hard to upgrade the library and acquire books of general interest. Unfortunately, many books have not been signed out and are missing from our shelves. These include books about or by Rav Shach, Rav Freifeld, Rabbi Frand, and Rabbi Forst, and books about Hallel and the 39 Melochos, among others. Please check your shelves for any books that you did not sign out and return them immediately to the library. If the missing books are not returned we may be forced to lock up the library , or have a non -circulation policy, decisions we would like to avoid. For those who have been conscientious about signing out books and returning them in a timely fashion, we say thank you, and hope you can continue to enjoy the privilege.
